Malcolm (or Malcy) has worked at large main dealers starting his career and apprenticeship at one of the largest BMC dealers in the the south in the 60s. He teamed up with Neil to start Wilcan in 1990. As well as being our welding expert, Malcy is also a motor bike enthusiast, a trainer healer and Reiki master. Wow!! Oh and he has a camper van!!!

Neil served his apprentiship at a main Ford dealer in the 60s.After a couple of years at a Aston martin distributor in Alton (fantastic time) he met Malcy while working for a independent garage in Alresford. A while later they formed their partnership, taking over the business in 1990 and are still at the same premises. Neil likes photography and walking Monty

Andy has previously worked at the Peugeot main dealer nearby having had forecourt and car sales experience. He has been with Wilcan for 10 years and is a golfer, cricket and football fan and a very keen Tottenham supporter (no comments please)

Having served his appreniship at a Peugeot main dealer and then moving to another Julian has a wealth Peugeot knowledge.His main hobby is steam road locomotives but having a young family does'nt leave him much time for it.

Teresa looks after the office, correspondence and invoices, and will always be pleased to see you, especially if you are paying a bill! Monty helps out on Saturday mornings, and helps to tidy up if Andy has left any loose golf balls lying around.

Karen looks after all our accounts and book keeping working from home using the Sage accounts package (not her favourite she says) Her background is banking and is of course married to Malcy.

If we get very busy or have an emergency job we can call on Dave to help us out. He is an self employed technician from the old school whom we have known for more years than we care to remember. He has a wealth of Toyota and Peugeot experience and like Malcy is a very keen biker.
